1.Overview
MSYF-2 workover rig traveling block protection system is an electronic instrument which is specially used to ensure workover rig operate safely. It monitors workover rig travelling block move within the preset height and speed range; it prevents the hook in overload; at the same it records the wire rope working in ton-km values. When the maximum preset workload has been exceeded, it will remind the operator, so as to avoid the accident caused by wire rope¡¯s aging. This device has a solid structure, an easy installation, a convenient operation and setting, high reliability and a friendly human-computer interface.
2.Basic Function
. Automatically judge the moving direction of travelling block;
. Protect travelling block upper limit anti-collision and lower limit anti-smashing in moving;
. When the speed of travelling block exceeds the preset speed, it will automatically control the travelling block, start brake function, warn with sound-light alarm, so as to protect overspeed brake;
. When the lifting load value of hook exceeds preset load value, it will automatically brake and stop, and disconnect main drum clutch, so as to achieve the overload protection for hook;
. When the ton-km value of hook exceeds the preset safe value, it will give an alarm, so as to protect the safe operation of hook wire rope.
