1.Overview
MSFQ-II workover rig tilt alarm is an intelligent instrument to real-time monitor the load state of workover rig holder without guy rope. When it ***ects the load state of holder is abnormal, it will give a workover rig tilting alarm to remind driller.
Via ***ection of dynamic load of four movable pillars¡¯ support points, it achieves the real-time monitor of the smooth degree of workover rig platform. When the supporting load of two front support points is less than set value, it will sent out sound-light alarm and predict the workover rig possibly tilt backwards. When the load of two side support points is more than set value, it will sent out sound-light alarm and predict the workover rig possibly list.
2.Main Functions
. Real-time display load value of four support points with two in front and two in side;
. The load value of two front support points is less than set value, it verdicts that workover rig will possibly tilt backwards and then send out sound-light alarm;
. The load value of two side support points is more than set value, it verdicts that workover rig will possibly list and then send out sound-light alarm;
. Minimum load alarm value in front support points can be manually set on site;
. Minimum load alarm value in side support points can be manually set on site.
